How do I fix the error message on my iPhone / iPad / Mac: "Cannot verify server identity"?

IOSx / Mac OSx uses the SSL setting when setting up an e-mail account by default.

If the information for the incoming and outgoing mail servers are not correct, you receive this error message.

Please check if you are using the correct mailserver information.

In the mail programs manual, we have described the settings.
